Syracuse, N.Y. — Over 10,000 home sales closed in Central New York in 2021, the highest annual total in several years, according to the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
The 10,124 sales closed in the region last represent a 6.7% increase from 2020 and a 3.4% increase from 2019, according to the Realtors Association. The last time more homes sold in a year was 2017, when the total was 10,744.
